Home visits after death are provided by members of the hospice team. Written information on grief, loss, and suggestions for supporting coping are provided at that time.
All families are invited to participate in Support Groups through Children's Hospitals and Clinics. Groups for children, teens, and parents are offered. Follow up may also include school visits and support to school programs. They work in conjunction with the hospital's bereavement services.
